Returns
We only accept returns for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any issues arise.
Sizing or Preference Issues
Please note that we do not accept exchanges. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct product options at the time of purchase. We do not accept returns for items that were ordered in the wrong size, color, or style.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, please fill out our Contact Us form. We aim to respond to all return requests within 2 business days. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions, including the address where the package should be sent. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
We cover return shipping costs only for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
